Traditions keep us together – even in challenging times. Once again, the entire workforce came together to look back on 2024. With randomly drawn terms and joker cards, we created an interactive and entertaining discussion. Terms such as “Johann Baptist Winkelhofer” (which caused both frowns and smiles), “business climate index” and “costs” were the focus of our discussion. It was particularly exciting to complete the sentence “If I were boss for a day…” – sometimes it was the biggest challenge. This seems to be a good sign and testimony to the current management team. Despite the poor economic situation in 2024 and, unfortunately, a similarly poor outlook for even longer, our team spirit once again showed its strongest side.
